Job Summary:
We are seeking an Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in our organisation. As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills while working alongside experienced professionals. As an apprentice you will get the opportunity to work alongside our established Residential sales team and doing the following duties.
Duties/Responibilities:
- Booking Market Appraisals and Mortgage appointments using the company’s approved sales pitch.
- Booking viewings and where needed to conduct those viewing’s.
- Having a full understanding of our company’s I.T systems and be able to carry out admin duties if needed.
- To attend all internal and external training courses.
- Be able to work to targets based on the above.

- Effective communicator, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Organised.
- Capable of completing tasks independently as well as being able to work in a team.

Pay: £12,500.00 per year
