Operating for nearly 20 years with an established customer base Hi-Tech are now looking to recruit a mobile handy person to service a range of customer sites across the Southwest Region.

**Typical duties include**:

- Travelling to a set group of 20 sites on a continual rota
- Minor decorating and carpentry work such as patch repairs, painting and decorating, repairs to ironmongery as well as typical ‘DIY’ tasks
- Minor electrical repairs (C&G Training provided) such as changing light fittings and electrical accessories
- Minor plumbing repairs such as changing taps
- Completing audits for the Property Team & Helpdesk
- Completing small PPM tasks such as filter changes and gutter cleaning.
- Taking a sensible approach to H&S, completing risk assessments and method statements and safely looking after your work area.
- Surveying follow on works and jobs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven previous trade experience.
- Full clean current driving licence.
