As a Content Creator Apprentice, you'll be immersed in a hands-on learning experience that will elevate your content creation skills to new heights. You'll collaborate with our seasoned professionals to craft compelling narratives, design eye-catching visuals, and curate engaging social media content that resonates with our clients' target audiences.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Creating content for clients mainly in the sports industry
- Supporting budget in 3 month content strategy plans
- Creating Reels, editing videos and adding text using Adobe Photoshop
- Posting on Social Media including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £15,000 - £16,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday
- 09:00 - 17:00
- Mileage reimbursed
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Christmas Shutdown
- Hybrid role
- 30 minute lunch break

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Passion for creating content
- Driver is Essential
- Get up and go attitude
- Adobe Photoshop
- Grade 4/C in Maths and English or Functional Skills equivalent
