Upholsterer

We are seeking an individual who is not only competent but also takes great pride in their work. As a highly motivated and detail-oriented person, you will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a busy team environment or independently.

It is essential that the successful applicant has a sound background knowledge in the soft furnishings industry, and experience working with contract upholstery and car trimming would be an advantage, but not essential.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1615 (37.5 hours per week), with overtime opportunities and work on Saturdays. We pay time and a half for overtime.

The rate of pay is dependent on experience and skill level, and it can increase up to and beyond £35,000 per annum basic with overtime on top. Additionally, we offer 20 days of holiday per year plus statutory holidays, a holiday bonus scheme for long-serving employees, and an additional 2 days of holiday for every 5 years worked in the business. We also enroll all employees in our company pension scheme.
