RT Joinery Services are a well-established and well respected manufacturer of bespoke joinery and cabinetry for the leisure and retail sector. Our high class work can be seen in many of London’s bars, restaurants clubs and hotels including Harrods, Soho House, the Ivy Collection and Hawksmoor. Whilst much of our work is for London based projects, our joinery has also been installed across the country, most recently on high end projects in Leeds and Liverpool and as far afield as Amsterdam and Chicago.

We also undertake exclusive high end residential work. Working with well-known design and architectural houses our work has been fitted in many celebrity homes and high end residences around the country.

As we continue to expand our business and modernise our processes, with the introduction of our new CNC department, we have a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join our reputable company on a permanent basis as we grow and develop.

**Experienced Bespoke Joinery / Furniture Paint Sprayer**

We are looking for a highly-skilled, experienced joinery sprayer to join us. The successful applicant will be responsible for the preparation, spraying and finishing of a wide variety of high-end furniture products in a range of paint and lacquered finishes.

**Person/Experience Required**:

- Experienced and skilled in the spraying of water-based primers, AC & PU clear & coloured lacquers
- Prepare items for spraying, including de-nibbing, sanding and filling
- Have a full understanding of commercial wood finishing techniques
- Capable of colour mixing to match control samples
- Must be organised
- Must be fluent in English and have good communication skills
- Working to deadlines and to a high standard
- Manage quality control (visual quality checks) and reporting any defects
- Managing stock levels
- Health and Safety awareness
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Have the ability to work as part of a team and/or under your own initiative
- Must have the right to work and live in the UK.

We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension after 3 months, 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Standard Working Hours 7.30 am -4.30 pm Mon-Fri with overtime available
