Our client, based in Halesowen, is looking for an Assembly Operative to join their expanding business and growing team. They are a well-established company exporting product solutions globally.

Main Responsibilities
- Assembly of hydraulic hoses and adaptors
- crimping and testing.
- Picking and packing of orders,
- ensuring correct identification, labelling and documentation.
- Liaising with warehouse supervisor to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment
- Always keep clean and tidy work spaces

Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities:

- Clear verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy essential.
- Previous experience in a Goods In / distribution / picker position preferred.
- Basic level of computer skills to include printing of orders and product labels.
- Able to work unaccompanied or with others to achieve results and exceed customer
- expectations.
- Time management, planning and organization skills. Acceptance of responsibility and self-motivated

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm - Friday 07.30 am to 4:00pm

Pay Rate: £10.20 per hour
