**Job Summary**

**The role of Property Caretaker will include**:
Undertaking general caretaking for our residential property in Hounslow and the duties will include;
Cleaning communal areas

Cleaning Bin Areas

Keeping car park and area around the building tidy

Dealing with tenants, so good communication skills are required.

**Skills and experiences**:
Previous experience within a cleaning or caretaking role is essential
Ability to work on own initiative
Current driving licence is essential

**Job Type / Category**

Permanent

Available for 7 hours a day Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.50 per hour

- Cleaning & Sanitation Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
