**Exams Administration Apprentice**

**Full time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year**

**This is a fixed term, two-year apprenticeship study programme.**

**Campus: Trowbridge, Wiltshire**

**About the role**

Are you looking to change your career or further your education? Have you considered an Apprenticeship?

Alongside completing a Level 3 qualification, you will gain experience of working within the industry.

This role provides support to the Exams and Customer Service department by supporting with key activities including entry and registration of learners with exams boards.

Other aspects of the role will include
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Maintaining up to date records by inputting information on our system and other electronic files e.g. Excel, Word
- Arranging room bookings for meetings, training and undertaking any associated administration
- Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
- Acting as an Apprenticeship Ambassador at College Events

This is a fixed term, two-year apprenticeship study programme. Start date is available upon the successful completion of checks and references.

**About you**
- You are a quick learner, prepared to study and complete qualifications
- You have experience in working as part of a team and independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Good timekeeping
- Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- GCSE Maths and English (C or above), or equivalent
