**Job Summary**:
We have 1 full time vacancy opening to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting other team members in providing excellent customer service.

**Days & Hours of work**
- 4 weekdays + Saturdays
- Shift start times vary from 8am to 10am

These vacancies are not suitable for summer students as they're full time permanent positions.

**Essential Duties**:

- Ensures that the bakery is stocked with bread, cakes and pastries
- Ensures that all orders are prepared and delivered properly
- Ensures that all products are fresh and properly stored
- Making orders, sandwiches, wraps, preparing drinks, and serving coffee
- Ensures that all equipment is clean and in good working order
- Ensures that all work areas are sanitized, cleaned, and maintained at all times
- Ensures that all work schedules are followed
- Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor to assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

**Skills**:

- Excellent Customer Service Skills - Must be able to provide quality customer service at all times
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and with little supervision
- Previous shop and Barista experience preferable but not essential as training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Day shift

- Cookstown: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
