Position: Trainer for ESL Teachers

**Job Description**:
1. Pleasing personality; good English pronunciation, no local accent.
2. More than 2 years experience in foreign teacher training.
3. Rich body language, humorous and interesting.

4. Good command of English, able to write and present well. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines, adaptable to changing circumstances, and resourceful in problem-solving.

Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for training new foreign teachers.
2. Responsible for on-the-job training for foreign teachers.
3. Responsible for regularly organizing teaching sharing and improvement with foreign teachers. Structure and oversee training programs that build up teachers’ confidence.

4. Undertake other roles and responsibilities as and when required.

Position: Full-time

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; weekend days off; shift will be based on your own time zone to be discussed with the management

Salary Range: USD 1400-USD2000 a month

Hiring Process: Submit a screen recording of around 2 minutes, simulating the beginning of a training session, which can include a self-introduction and other interesting content, or freely developing a theme of your choice.

Pay: £1,100.00-£1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
