**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- You’ll have responsibility for all areas of our Garden Café service and preparation, including our fabulous display areas, stations and equipment
- Ensuring all opening, closing and management checklists are completed daily, every day is different
- Creating a warm and professional welcome for our guests; running an efficient service at pace within the Café whilst ensuring our guests and members receive a personalised experience
- Engaging, motivating, and inspiring a strong and passionate team; you’ll work closely with our Garden Café Manager, ensuring the team consistently deliver exceptional service
- You’ll be inspiring and developing talent through ensuring your passion and expertise is lived through others
- Creating and delivering daily briefings along with weekly training sessions designed with our development partners and food beverage management
- Developing strong relations with our Culinary team, you’ll work together to demonstrate that shared passion, clear communication, and living our values is what truly galvanises the team and drives excellence
- As a leader within the Café, you’ll also spend time within the Pastry Kitchen; working directly with our dedicated Pastry team developing your knowledge and skills on how our cakes come to life
- You’ll be instilling a culture of continuous development and innovation, identifying new ways to surprise and delight our guests and our people; you’ll be supremely knowledgeable on the preparation and content of all menu dishes, including all cakes, ice creams and beverages
- Confirming and presenting all allergen information correctly to our team members and guests
- You’ll support your culinary colleagues with any menu changes, regular feedback and writing daily reports on service in the Café
- Occasionally you’ll support across the estate in a leadership capacity within our other Food Beverage outlets
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
