Job Overview:
Albany Meadows is a luxury retirement development. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the properties in the village including the communal areas. This is a vital role in ensuring that all our residents are getting the domestic assistance that they need.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in the private homes of the people who live in the village
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and waiting areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
