Cooper Lomaz are working closely with a specialist multi-service organisation based on the outskirts of Norwich who are seeking a IT professional within their growing IT & Digital team. This newly created role will be working collaboratively within the TechnicalServices Team and with the Hardware Technical Operations Manager. The role will be supporting internal users and being the lead in providing the care and upkeep of IT equipment used to support specialist events where you will manage the Hardware and have involvementin supporting users around Networking and Firewalls.
Ideally, you will have skills in the following:

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of laptop hardware with particular attention or interest in graphics requirements. You will purchase, build, maintain and service a large selection of laptops.
- In-depth understanding of IP subnets and environments to build small networks to connect equipment
- Knowledge of AV over IP protocols
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations, specifically concerning data handling and requirements for data storage locations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of dealing with clients, suppliers and internal users.
- Knowledge of the latest AV solutions, including streaming platforms.
