*Requirements as a Waking night Children’s Therapeutic Support Worker in Welshpool*
- To promote, safeguard and protect the welfare of our young people
- Establish and maintain positive and trusting relationships with our young people
- Observing our young people through the night to ensure their safety
- Experience of supporting young people who may be vulnerable is essential
- UK Driving license
- Completing records.

*What do we ask of you as a Waking Night Therapeutic Children’s Support Worker?*
- Understanding and commitment to the role - including one weekend off every three weeks
- Participating in activities and ensuring we provide young people with a place they feel at home
- Be capable of working on your own initiative
- Have good inter-personal skills and be a positive team player
- A desire to engage, motivate and encourage the young people in our homes
