We have a vacancy for a Legal Executive / Litigation Assistant with good experience in all areas of Civil and Commercial Litigation, as well as Employment Law to join a small team at our Warminster office.

**Job Title**: Legal Executive / Litigation Assistant

**Location**: Wiltshire, Warminster, BA12 0JW

**Salary**: Up to £35,000 pa depending on experience + Benefits (Listed below)

**Hours**: Full time / Part-time

**About Us**:
We are a small but specialised firm involved principally in private client, commercial and employment work. Many of our clients (who are either unable, or do not wish to commute to the big cities or main towns to consult their solicitor) require a companythat is local with approachable, highly qualified solicitors with extensive experience who can cater to their needs.

**Required Experience**

They should also be able to prioritise their work schedules to meet court deadlines and be willing to build up and market their own client following within the practice.

Favoured areas of experience would include Commercial, Employment, Inheritance Act Claims, Contentious Probate, Court of Protection and Property Litigation, together with Dispute Resolution, Mediation and Arbitration.

We would also be interested in any other specialist areas in which they may be involved.
