We are looking for energetic, positive-minded people to work in a fun, fast-paced environment as part of a team. Working on the bar and/or in the restaurant, an existing food, drink and service knowledge will be very beneficial, but we are happy to train the right person, with the right personality from scratch.

**Own transport is a must as public transport is not always available.**

Salary is minimum wage plus tips, but even at entry level can be upwards of **£26,000 per annum** pro rata based on;
National living wage (age dependant) 9.50 x 40 hours = £380 per week
Plus, Approx. cash tips per week= £60 (based on recent averages)
Plus, Approx. card tips per week = £80 (based on recent averages)
