**A. Job Role and Responsibilities**

1. **Space **- ensuring that the venue looks its best at all times, meeting the needs of your members.

**What this may look like **(not an extensive list):

- Understand the location and it’s key amenities and services
- Conduct hourly checks / floor walks to ensure brand standards are maintained at all times i.e. cleanliness, maintenance, replenishment.
- Check and refresh all meeting rooms, kitchens and communal spaces on an ongoing basis, this includes layout, stock, cleanliness and equipment testing.
- Responsible for health & safety to ensure that any unsafe items/areas are dealt with immediately and also ensure all people adopt safe working practices at all times.
- Ensure supplies are fully stocked, procuring responsibly following company process and in line with budgets.
- Negotiating with vendors and managing vendor relationships where necessary.
- Monitor expenditure, utilising the budget to improve the space and service
- Responsible for ensuring that all expenditure is covered by an invoice or receipt.
- Log and manage the Maintenance issues on site ensuring a timely resolution
- Liaise with the cleaning team to ensure high standards are kept

2. **Community **- your role is to, alongside the onsite team, create a network of people within your venue who will speak, learn and grow with each other.

**What this may look like **(not an extensive list):

- Greet prospective members, giving tours of the facility, and where applicable follow up to gauge and encourage their interest in the community.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Plan, created and deliver Community Events & initiatives and ensuring this has an even spread of educational, socialising & networking opportunities
- Support and nurture our co-working community by learning about your members, making introductions and seeking to engage in their business objectives.
- Solve member-related issues around printing, scanning or other onsite aspects
- Register new members and acclimatise them to the community ensuring they are aware of all Colony facilities, policies and technology.

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
