**What you will do**

Based within our Customer Support Centre in Manchester, our Customer Care Coordinator is an important point of contact for all of our ADT Security customers. Our Customer Care Coordinator supports the Retention Team manager and Retention Team delivering excellent customer service and minimize customer attrition.

**How you will do it**
- Supporting various internal processes and playing a key role in activities within those processes when needed
- Being an integral part of the team by driving better ways of working to improve efficiencies.
- Processing incoming post and allocating to team members
- Supporting on phones in busy periods and assisting on certain call requests
- Ensure that records and in house systems are kept up to date and accurate in a timely manner.
- Supporting Team Manager activities when required

**What we look for**

**Required**
- Must have a “customer first” attitude
- Confident in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Attention to detail and excellent spoken and written English is essential
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment/adjust to change quickly.
- Computer literate
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to assign and manage workloads effectively to ensure KPI’s are achieved
- Excellent decision making and organization skills

**Preferred**
- Experience of security industry (desirable but not essential).
- Experience with company systems CBS/JDE/SMS will be an advantage.
