**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM**

Recurring Production phase of Onesat Antenna Programmes;
- Manage the schedule of all Antenna Onesat programs
- Manage the product catalogue, predict Cap-Ex for changes to product catalogue, negotiate any changes to the product catalogue
- Manage any developments required for the product
- Responsible for evolution in cost model, alignment to cost model, WBS management
- Control both the project cost and REC build cost
- Conduct financial reviews and scheduling to MPR
- Conduct regular alignment meetings with AIT, highlight potential resource clashes and raise to management
- Conduct regular reviews with SCQM and PMs to ensure equipment deliveries are on track and ensure that the data in Unified Planning (UP) aligns and be able to explain slips and reasons for this.
- Manage engineering support for equipment NCs (thermal, mechanical, feed) Manage the cost transfer from stock to project.
- Agree bid cost transfer to other groups for EAC (Payload engineering, SCQM for equipment).
- Define reflector shaping delivery date according to production
- Align and monitor all workload predictions based on schedule for all disciplines
- Manage procurement and align with commodity for demand based ordering to ensure parts are on order.
- Leverage all knowledge of all builds to generate commercial advantage with demand based ordering.
- Agree and define all internal WO
- Setup standard customs descriptions of equipment - shipment (imports/exports)
- Confirm EBOM/MBOM link to SAP and product tree and instantiation in 3DX. Conduct regular AIT planning updates and agree all need dates.
- Define all work packages descriptions according to WBS Define where the analysis is split between active Antenna and payload systems and organise data flow between group (done but need to formalise)
