With state of the art showrooms, fantastic marketing the future Sales Designer will have plenty of leads to chase down. We are looking for a trainee designer who is customer focused with a flair for understanding customer requirements and turning them intoan inspirational design that the customer will love.

Design Consultant/ Sales Consultant must have a passion for design and a desire to generate and drive sales. For the right person, the financial benefits of this role are exceptional.

**Key responsibilities of a Trainee Kitchen Designer**
- Driving sales and maximising all opportunities including cross-selling and add-on sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Confident in approaching customers
- A proactive approach to chase down leads
- Attention to detail ensures all CAD Designs fit the brief provided by the customer

**You must have for a Trainee Kitchen Designer**:

- Drive to be successful
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident dealing with customers
- Experience working in a sales environment

**You will receive for a Trainee Kitchen Designer**:

- OTE £40,000 however top Design Consultants earn £50,000+
