**Are you interested in**:

- Being part of a new project team and the development and shaping of the team that will be central to practice and service delivery improvement and preparation for inspection.
- Building relationships with colleagues at all levels both internally and externally as well as with service users.
- Delivering the changes already committed to in the Improvement Plan.
- Supporting on inspection activities.

**Can you demonstrate the following experience of: -**
- Previous track record of project support/co-ordination or complex Business Support
- Programme and project methodology or understanding of these
- Co-ordinating the work of individuals
- Creating reports, policies, protocols, guidance and practice tools
- Involvement in inspection activities to prepare for inspection readiness
- Being proactive, forward thinking and putting forward, testing and executing ideas

- Inspection activities
- Link with Council and Partners in relation to improvement
- Governance for improvement and change
- Improvement and Change Risk Register
- Document manager and version control
- Workforce engagement in relation to improvement and change
- Co-production and engagement with children, young people and their families
