We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team to work as one of three Senior Commissioners as a Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Advisor. This role requires a creative approach developing the TEC offer to ensure care technology influences how services are delivered, and outcomes are achieved with the ability to work collaboratively to bring about change.

Our TEC Advisors will work as part of a team under the leadership of the TEC Commissioning Manager, developing and delivering projects that support our Operational and Commissioning teams deliver new services to meet a range of needs using assistive technology. Together you will champion the use of TEC by:

- Delivering a range of care technology projects and training
- Informing the Technology Enabled Care strategy
- Supporting the development of Technology Enabled Care delivery and operating models
- Participating in co-designing and co-producing solutions by supporting stakeholder engagement and consultation
- Creating Technology Enabled Care performance frameworks
- Seeking to deliver change, working to influence people and frontline teams.

This role will have portfolio responsibility for LD and MH but matrix working across portfolios and localities expected and will be required to spend a proportion of their working time in the South Wiltshire and Salisbury area, collaborating with the operational teams in the Borne Hill hub.

Although experience of working with TEC and digital solutions would be beneficial, we are also looking for someone with experience of undertaking social care assessments in the community or experience of adaptive equipment or telecare. Experience of working in social care or health would be advantageous.

You will bring with you knowledge and experience of TEC services as well as a customer focused and drive focus on ensuring the residents of Wiltshire have the right services at the right time, catering to their needs.

You will be working with a team of TEC Advisors and Commissioning Managers, in what is a fast-paced role, therefore requiring you to be agile, a great communicator and able to lead on multiple projects.
