Y Hero Ltd a UK based distributor and wholesale of Vitamins, Minerals and Herbal Supplements has a vacancy for strategic, creative Marketing Executive. You will have proven experience or qualifications in business developing marketing that deliver measurable results for our organisations.

You will be skilled in marketing and communications, particularly using IT medium for communications strategy, social media strategy, reputation management, media relations and executive engagement. As part of your duties, you will interface with our China partners to ensure the technical specifications of our products meets marketing standards and sales targets for the UK.

Reporting to the Directors, the Marketing Executive is key in ensuring Y Hero Ltd achieves its business objectives. You’ll ensure that Y Hero Ltd is a relatable, credible and trustworthy broker between the sectors, and will raise awareness of our objectives and activities with key audiences to help the company identify key herbal product retailers and suppliers in the UK for further expansion.

**Your job duties will include**:

- Discuss needs for possible changes to be made in terms of design, price, packaging and customer requirements for promotions in light of market research findings;
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and deliver marketing, communications, and content strategies to achieve Y Hero’s Ltd business objectives;
- Collate and interpret findings of market research data and present results to company and clients;
- Provide reporting on marketing and business development information;
- Provide planning, copywriting, designing and producing marketing literature including blogs on the company website and newsletters
- Monitor the progress of advertising campaigns and liaise with clients on potential modifications.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Possessing ongoing study in marketing expertise or any similar relevant qualification, or 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong writing and communication skills in the English language
- Strong writing and communication skills in Chinese mandarin are preferable
- Ability to analyse and interpret market and business data
- Excellent IT Skills and knowledge and experience in Office software, Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Excellent presentation & organisational skills and self-disciplined approach

Hours: 39 hours P/W
