Sub - Contractor - Jobbing Builder/ Good All Rounder

We are currently seeking a Sub-Contractor to work as a Jobbing Builder on our team. Wage is dependant upon experience.

A broad understanding or construction methods, materials and equipment. Ability to read and understand drawings. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site with a variety of trades. Phyiscal stamina and the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-orenitated environment.
**Responsiblities**:

- Capable of all aspects of building maintenance and repairs on new and existing projects.
- Ability to demonstrate a good understanding or health and safety in the workplace, as well as manual handling.
- We are looking for a skilled, conscientous and friendly multi-trade Jobbing Builder; who is self motivated, fit, clean, hardworking and keen to work at the highest standard.
- Any City and Guilds/NVQ Qualifications or qualified by previous experience is admirable.
- Must have a clean driving licence.

Monday - Thursday (08:00am - 16:30pm)
Friday (08:00am - 15:30pm)

39 hours a week, salary is dependant on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week

**Benefits**:

- Scaffolding: 1 year (preferred)
