Manufacturing Specialist - Warehouse

**Duties**:

- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in the warehouse
- Follow standard operating procedures for production processes
- Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

**Requirements**:

- High level of numeracy skills
- Previous experience in blinds manufacturing is essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

**Salary**: £21,450.00-£25,350.00 per year
