**Responsibilities**:
- Handle telephone calls and greet customers courteously.
- Greet clients in a timely manner and direct them to stylists and manicurists.
- Maintain eye contact, use appropriate body language, and respond to questions in a confident tone of voice.
- Ensure that clients have beverages and magazines available to them if needed.
- Monitor clients to ensure they are comfortable.
- Answer telephones and relay messages to staff or other departments as appropriate.
- Handle client complaints in a professional manner by conveying the message in a tactful and respectful way.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 11 per week
Pay: £11.00 per hour
