We have over 1,000 mast locations across the UK and Ireland and provide long-term funding, development, and management of installations for their clients.

**We are currently looking for a Legal Assistant to join our in-house legal team situated in Otley, Leeds. As an individual with a passion for the legal industry and an eye for detail, you will play a vital role in providing support to our legal team in acquiring new sites and upgrading our tower infrastructure. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other legal team members across the Estates and Project functions to provide support for our ongoing expansion efforts.**

The role of Legal Assistant will comprise day-to-day duties, including:

- Creating new legal files using the case management system.
- Undertaking and drafting due diligence reports for prospective new sites through HMLR.
- Ordering and reporting on highway searches.
- Manage own caseload of basic transactions (full training and supervision provided).
- Proactively assist the Legal Counsels with the day-to-day progression of active transactions.
- Prepare legal documents, including engrossment documents and assist with the DocuSign process for the Legal Team.
- Dealing with post-completion matters with the HMLR.
- Handling the internal post-completion process, including creating deed packets.
- Providing general legal support to the wider legal teams as required.
- Performing ad-hoc general administration tasks as required.
- Previous legal experience (in particular, any conveyancing or other property-related work experience)
- Experience with the use HM Land Registry
- Sound IT and administration skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail, adaptability and the ability to work in a results-driven business requiring high levels of communication and adherence to timelines.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
