Estate Runner

The Lakes by YOO is a luxury private estate of second-family homes and rental residences in the heart of the Cotswolds. With 850 acres of lakes, meadows, and ancient woodland, it’s as serene as it is secure.

The Estate is fully serviced with 24hr security, Concierge and Guest Services team to help with all resident and guest requests. The Estate is home to several communal spaces and facilities including a full-service spa and gym, tennis courts, a bird hide, a lakeside café bar, and a zip wire. A range of activities such as kayaking, yoga, fishing, bushcraft, and kids clubs are available to all residents and guests on a daily basis.

**Scope**

We are looking for an Estate Runner to work to join our team to ensure high standards are maintained at all times across the Estate. The role will involve keeping all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime; complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis. Look after our guests from delivering bikes, helping with requirements throughout their stay and being on call to assist where necessary.

You will become the face of the Guest Services team, assisting with all resident/guest requests and assisting the team in delivering exceptional friendly service across the estate.
