Community mental health services in North Lincolnshire have recently benefitted from over £1m investment. This will see specialist mental health services transform over the next two years with improved connections with other healthcare agencies in the area. This development forms part of our wider plan to transform mental health services which has already seen the introduction of a new primary care mental health service, has established a 24/7 acute liaison services, and improved crisis services.

The role will provide clinical leadership within secondary mental health services based within the Recovery Focussed Team.The role will offer expertise in networking and navigation to promote ease of access to a range of specialist mental health support services. The role will also provide clinical leadership to support the transformation project within the Community Mental Health Services, working in conjunction with the Transformation Clinical Lead, Service Manager, Clinical Psychology Lead and the Community Mental Health Teams to deliver on the Transformation programme and continue to implement new ways of working. The post holder will also supervise the Mental health Wellbeing Practitioners & Trainees.
