To work as an active member of the community dietetic team to provide a comprehensive and effective dietetic service across the health community.
The post will be based at the **Florence Nightingale Community Hospital, **working within the area of adult dietetics.
Work with a clinical caseload of adults and to develop and initiate changes to treatment. You will be covering clinics, community hospitals and care homes, addressing malnutrition, mental health, diabetes, IBS and other clinical conditions. You will be assessing patients in person and virtually. To be responsible for education and audit within this specialist area.
To have a keen interest in frailty and care of the elderly, engaging with care homes for training and patient care. To jointly lead on training responsibilities for student dietitians.
