Dispatch Coordinator

You’ll ideally be a hard-working, self-starter who is a team player, willing to be flexible and enjoy building relationships with our customers. As well as previous logistics experience, you’ll need excellent verbal communication skills, great attention to detail and first-class data entry / IT skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take calls from customers.
- Create paperwork for daily deliveries.
- Inform customers of their estimated delivery lead times.
- Gather and verify customer information.
- Communicate with all departments.
- Be able to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Numerate
- Literate
- IT Skills (MS Office)
- Good communication skills

Full systems training will be provided on site

We are in Leyland, Lancashire so you will need to be able to commute to the factory each day.

**Salary**: £21,000.00 - £23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
