We are seeking a HR Administrator who is enthusiastic, solution-orientated and applies a people-focused lens to everything they do
This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit an experienced Administrator looking to broaden their knowledge across a range of HR activities. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR, line managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all administrative queries.
We are a fast growing company, so we are looking for someone who can be hands on and happy to adapt to the changing needs of the business (no day is the same here at GSA).
About the Role:
To be the first point of contact for all HR queries, delivering consistently high-quality customer service, building and maintaining relationships with key colleagues and deliver effective administration.
Must have practical experience in working in a fast-paced environment, with demanding deadlines, high workload and has had previous experience in all of the Key Duties areas.
A strong team player who can work well independently and use their own initiative.
Must have the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to deadlines as well as adapt to changing needs and priorities.
To provide practical HR advice to Colleagues, Supervisors and Area Managers and ensuring advice is legally compliant and pragmatic.
To produce all HR administration letters including but not limited to; variations of contract, References, Disciplinary invites, outcomes letters
Act as notetaker in employee relations meetings where requested.
Manage the HR Mailbox ensuring requests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
Delivery of own KPI’s.
Supporting payroll with the right to work process
Filing and maintaining electronic personnel files
Responsible for tracking and monitoring Long-Term Sick absence, providing line managers with process guidance and documents, until capability has been triggered. Liaising with OH and arranging welfare meetings
Salary £19,500 + Benefits
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
