Job Summary:
The Contract Sales Assistant will support the Director of Service and Contract Sales in managing and expanding Planned Maintenance Visits (PMVs) and service agreements for catering, refrigeration, ware wash, ventilation, and drainage systems. This role involves client interaction, contract management, and collaboration with the service team to ensure client satisfaction.

1**. Sales Support**:

- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of service agreements for a wide range of clients from schools, quick service restaurants, hotels, and members clubs.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to promote service contracts.
- Prepare sales reports and track contract performance.
- Visit clients as and when required.
- Drive conversion of PPM remedials.

**2. Client Management**:

- Respond to client inquiries and provide information on service options.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating PMVs and service appointments.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding service schedules and contract details as well as effective onboarding.

**3. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain and update client database and contract records
- Prepare documentation for service agreements and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Maintain and assist in consistent communication with new and existing clients
- Ascertain and layout new asset lists for quoting purposes
- Maintaining customer facing documentation to ensure that it is up to date with all relevant and pertinent information
- Prepare asset reports and financial reports as and when required

**4. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the PPM and Service Team to coordinate maintenance activities are effectively managed and rolled out
- Support the Director in achieving sales targets and business development goals.
- Work with senior management on innovative solutions and developments to enhance client experiences.

**5. Customer Service**:

- Raising service calls, job sheets, estimates and PO’s within the Service Department
- Handle client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention from consistent communication, effective account management and contract development
- Follow established protocols to uphold efficient service delivery and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the catering or service industry but not essential.
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to follow robust process and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
