**Duties Include**
- Delivery of a wide range of accredited courses and qualifications.
- Delivery of Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) for accredited qualifications (if applicable to your experience)
- Ensuring that learning programs are adapted to the changing work environment by amending or revising them when necessary.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to the individual needs of learners.
- Willingly pursue additional training to enhance skills and meet funding requirements.
- Demonstrate and exemplify positive behaviours and attitudes that reflect company values and vision through collaborative working with colleagues and clients.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Essential: Adult Teaching Qualification (at any level)
- Essential: A1 Assessor qualification (or equivalent)
- Proficient in the assessment cycle
- 2+ years of teaching or assessing experience in a similar role (preferably in construction)
- Flexible with full driving license for travel
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written to offer delegates, constructive, clear and actionable feedback.

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
