We are looking for a reliable, dynamic individual who enjoys a busy, varied and challenging day to help support the flow of operations. Supporting the store with sorting incoming & outgoing clothing & PPE stock and monitoring and updating the in house computer system and website. This is quite a physical role moving stock. You would also learn the Operating System adding new products and setting up new customer profiles to support everyday orders running through the system and supporting new business enquiries.

If you had some social media experience building core social media channels for us, that would be an added bonus.

This role is for approx. 25-30 hours a week spread over Mon-Fri. Ideally 11 or 12noon to 5pm. Based on Gloucester Business Park, Brockworth.

**Key Activities include**:
This role will be about 50% desk/50% supporting the store.

Checking supplier stock & logging stock on the computer system.

Supporting the smooth run of stock coming in & out with the store.

Checking and organising discrepancies.

Updating stock and products on the system.

Support organising & help maintain a well-managed store.

Updating products & prices on the website.

Sales support with pricing & proposals.

**Skills Required**:
A dynamic new staff member to get stuck into many areas.

Someone who is comfortable to move stock & boxes around. We are all hands on here.

Plenty of initiative.

Confidence working on computers.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft & Word.

Experience on internal computer systems dealing with stock would be ideal, but not necessary.

Good memory retention.

A person with good attention to detail & accuracy. We will need accurate counting & inputting.

A reasonable level of mathematics.

Reliable with supporting references.
