**Audio Visual Service Engineer**

Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for experienced Service Engineers within the Residential & Marine Audio Visual sectors.

We are working with two leading businesses specialising within very high end residential home automation, residential AV through to Marine AV.

Due to their continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service Engineer.

**The Position**:

- Covering sites within London but also potential for works in Europe on Marine contracts
- The position will be responsible for providing excellent service and aftercare support to customers across their audio visual systems
- Providing remote monitoring through to on-site service and support
- Providing customers with excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for you to have strong engineering skills within audio visual. whether you have commercial or residential experience
- You will need to have good configuration skills
- Ideally demonstrate decent IT Skills
- Have experience with systems such as Cresron, Lutron, KNX, SAVANT, Control4
- Any programming experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- Good problem solving skills and experience

Our client offers the opportunity to work across residential sites in London, but also flexibility on Marine projects if wanted
