The Salesforce Support team has been created to support and develop the growing reliance on Salesforce as a central tool that unites all key functions. The team are producing new processes with accompanying training plans to guide Salesforce users in the correct and most effective use of the CRM tool. They are also rolling out new developments that will streamline and enhance the way we do business in Sika.

As a Salesforce Trainer, you will collaborate with our experienced Salesforce team to provide essential support to our users. Your mission will be to ensure that Salesforce is trained out to all users and feedback is analysed to continually improve our Salesforce training offering.

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills of our workforce, facilitating smoother onboarding processes for new users and keeping our users trained on the latest features and best practices.

**The Opportunity**:
At Sika we're committed to excellence, innovation, and growth. We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Trainer to join our team, focusing on delivering comprehensive training programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and custom configurations.

This role is ideal for a seasoned Salesforce Administrator looking to transition into a training-centric position or for a Salesforce Champion/Key User ready to step up into a specialised training role.

As a Salesforce Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting engaging and effective training sessions primarily through face-to-face classroom settings, with some digital/virtual delivery formats. This role requires a passion for Salesforce, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and educate diverse audiences.

This role provides hands-on experience in supporting our Salesforce user base and contributing to the success of our Salesforce initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of practical Salesforce training experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and custom configurations.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, with certifications desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in conducting interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
