The Integrated Care System (ICS) in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent are offering an exciting opportunity to join their Team. Working directly with the wider population of Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent (SSOT) specifically, seldom heard communities, to engage them in the potential to build a career in Health or Social Care and to design and deliver bespoke packages of appropriate support.

The post will involve offering careers guidance and support to refugee and evacuees within the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent area, as well as other seldom heard groups. Working in partnership local agencies. There will be an opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives by supporting them to increase their skills and experience and ultimately into a Health or Social Care role.
