**Job description**

Are you bored of your boring 9 - 5 office environment? Do you feel as though you are not reaching your potential in your current role due to lack of progression opportunities?

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our vibrant office. We are a leading digital marketing company and due to the rapid growth (despite COVID), we need more people to join our team to help us grow and maintain our business

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain WordPress websites
- Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
- Troubleshoot and debug WordPress issues
- Work with Account Managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop and implement new features and functionality on existing websites
- Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a WordPress developer
- Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with WordPress themes and plugins
- Knowledge of popular wordpress page builders
- Knowledge of website optimisation techniques and SEO best practices
- Experience with website performance optimisation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Middlesbrough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
