This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative material science start up company that are developing the next generation of sustainable materials through natural polysaccharides. They are working within the fashion, food and cosmetic industries and havean exciting year ahead with scale up and further development of their materials.
They are looking for a Material Engineer who will be involved in the processing of their processes as they optimisation the polymeric materials from lab to pilot scale.
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Designing and setting up production processes for scale up from Lab to Pilot.
- Being involved in process development work.
- Optimising and further developing the material products.

**What they are looking for?**:

- Experience using film methodologies, processing, and extrusion to create polymeric materials.
- Background within process engineering and has experience working within the food science or cosmetic industry.
- Scale up experience from lab to pilot or lab to full manufacturing.
