**Role**: Packer

**Location**: Kidderminster

**Permanent/Temp**: Temporary, 0 hours for seasonal period

**Hours**:Varied hours per week to meet demand

**Job purpose**

To pack all orders prior to the deadline to be dispatched in line with TH Baker’s terms and conditions, or any other deadline decided by management. Packers may be needed to assist with gift wrapping as and when required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all aspects of the packaging department including accurate pack size, accurate case labeling.
- Controlled use of packaging and organising cases.
- Pack items quickly and accurately.
- Packers may be asked to help with gift wrapping items during busy periods.

**Other Duties**
- Good attention to detail
- Packing items with the appropriate packaging
- Meeting necessary deadlines with regards to packing and meeting customers expectations
- Advising Head Office Co-Ordinator of low stock on packaging
- Packing and dispatching Customer Returns and Exchanges
- Must be able to function as part of a team and be able to work independently with mínimal supervision as packing schedule dictates.

This is to cover Christmas requirements.
