I am currently recruiting for a maintenance coordinator to lead a small team of helpdesk assistants for a large facilities maintenance company for an office-based position working full-time Monday - Friday. This is a permanent role with amazing benefits for a company that values their employees.

- Monday - Friday (40 hours)
- Salary £31,500 - £35,000
- Full time, permanent
- Office based role in Durrington (Worthing)

**Role & Key responsibilities**:

- Within this role you will take ownership of the CAFM workflow and processes to endure you are delivering the requirements needed for the clients of the business.
- Lead a small team of Helpdesk and scheduling team
- Support the asset management team in updating them on process and progress of maintenance jobs
- Manages resourcing including subcontractors, materials & tools in a cost-effective manner
- Develop the help desk team and minimising KPI impact
- Keep CAFM systems updates
- Manage PPM's and keep track of reactive tasks.
- Management of tasks completion
- Liaise with subcontracts and suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a professional facilities management environment
- A sound understanding of the facilities maintenance industry
- Experience using computer aided systems (CAFM)
- Able to work in a fast paced critical environment
- Able to liaise and communicate with colleagues at all levels
- Strong delegation skills
