**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide systems support and education to the wider business, ensuring users are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maximize the benefits of Atlassian tools.
- Take ownership of JIRA architecture, including schemes, workflows, screens, and configurations, to optimize system performance and meet business requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with different teams to align on outcomes for Atlassian systems at Bede.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the JIRA Marketplace and possess knowledge and experience of various plugins to enhance system functionality.
- Utilise JIRA metrics and reporting capabilities to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in JQL queries and dashboard creation to provide meaningful insights and reporting to stakeholders.
- Design, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and other internal toolchains to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Participate in the full project life cycle, from conceptualisation to deployment, ensuring that Atlassian tools support project success.
- Perform system administration on other systems, including but not limited to Slack, Google, and O365 when required**.**:

- Perform system audits to facilitate cost savings and improve system management across the organisation.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in a technology environment, with practical professional experience in the use of ATLASSIAN tools.
- Proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language) and a solid understanding of Jira Administration.
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with other business units professionally.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong drive for continuous improvement, always seeking opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
