**At voco Grand Central Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Bar Team Member**

We are looking for someone who can commit to Full-Time, across 5 shifts per week (shifts vary Monday to Sunday, weekend and late night availability is essential). Being flexible would be a great plus

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. At voco Hotels we are reliably different, the trusted name above the door but with a distinctive character. We are paying £10.90 per hour plus a tronc system paid monthly, all hours worked paid for.

As a Bar Team Member your main duties and responsibilities will be serving our guests food and beverages with a positive attitude, dealing with customer queries or complaints and working alongside our kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders To thrive in this role, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are:

- Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender or Host
- Confidence in delivering great service, have a can-do attitude and always willing to help out where needed
- Passion for providing positive guest experiences, you will be someone who loves to interact with our guests
- Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team
