Eclypse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Home Manager in Yate. The home is part of a well-respected group of care homes that offer the highest standards of care to their residents. The home is one of over 30 care homes within the group. This servicecaters for 70 residents general nursing, residential and dementia care.

**CRITERIA**
- _IDEALLY RGN NMC Active Pin_
- Previous registration on CQC as a Registered Manager
- Running a home that is compliant
- Must have managed an elderly residential care home previous
- Ideally managed a home of a similar size
- Strong leadership skills and a natural leader
