As a **Team Member** you will be working in our Quick Service Restaurant. Located on the ground floor of our Liverpool Street location, the Quick Service Restaurant department is divided into Piazza (where we serve pizza by the slice, salads, and pasta), and Grand Bar (our café). You will be providing great customer service, taking orders, processing payments, ensuring the seating area is always clean and tidy, and serving food. This is a front of house role and won’t require you to work in our kitchens.

Shifts for this role will fall between 6am and 11.00pm.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...
- Working at the tills taking customers' drinks and food orders.
- Serve customers in a polite and friendly manner.
- Process cash and card payments.
- Serve any food and drinks to the specifications, techniques and presentation expected by Eataly.
- Ensure that seating areas are always clean and tidy.

- Previous experience in busy quick service establishment.
- An outgoing and vibrant personality aimed at making our guests feel welcome.
- Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, bank holidays and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Fluent in English.
