The role of Commercial Administrator is newly created to support Blackwell Earthmoving's HS2 project team to perform a variety of administrative tasks including providing support to our managers and wider team, assisting in daily office needs managing our projects general administrative activities.

**Key activities and responsibilities of the role**
- Data entry to inhouse Contract Data System
- Assist with preparation of weekly timesheets as required
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Document creation
- Greet visitors and provide general support
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients where required
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Filing important documentation away correctly
- Providing support to other members of the team when required

**Qualifications and experience required**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
