**What you'll be doing**:

- Service of beverages to customers in our busy NCO Mess in the heart of London
- Stocking up and stock rotation using the FIFO method
- Cleaning down the bar area and ensure everything is clean and tidy
- Bar close down
- Customer service
- Cash handling and till operation
- Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of your shift.
- The job description may be altered from time to time to meet the changing needs and requirements of the company

**Experience**:

- Experience of working in a busy bar is desirable
- Bar skills desirable
- Must be over 18
