**Kitchen Staff**

The Buxton Brewery Tap House and Cellar Bar are the town-centre showcase bars for the internationally renowned Buxton Brewery, with visitors coming from all over the world to enjoy our beers. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef to be a part of a brand-new kitchen team.

You will be working alongside the Lead Chef in creating and delivering the most amazing small plates and sharing boards to complement the brewery’s extensive beer selection. Ensuring sustainable and environmentally friendly ways of working are a must, as well as upholding the highest standards in food preparation, hygiene and cleanliness.

A close attention to detail is essential, alongside a desire to be part of a dynamic and busy kitchen service.

Main Responsibilities:

- To work closely with the Lead Chef and other kitchen team members to deliver a high-quality menu of small plates and sharing boards.
- To ensure the kitchen is maintained to the highest standards, and operates efficiently and professionally.
- To store and manage all food items ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene legislation.

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
