- The highly reputable Granny Annie’s Kitchen and Bar is ideally located with a superb reputation as the ‘go to’ place to be in Enniskillen. It has an extensive product offering including lunch, dinner, drinks and entertainment making it one of the best loved venues in the town. We are on the look-out for Food & Beverage Supervisors to support our fantastic well established team. If you are an active and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor with 2 years or more experience in a fast paced environment, passionate about food, spirits and cocktails with a flair to match then this is the perfect stage for you_

**SALARY - **_**£11 to £12 per hour**_

**The Role**

We are seeking intuitive supervisors with great communication skills who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the venue and its staff. Reporting directly to the management team He or She should be able to plan, prepare and deliver first class service within the outlet and deputise when requested to do so.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the existing team including the Management and Kitchen team to deliver excellence to our customers.
- Confidently and efficiently run all sections of the outlet including bar, food and outside areas.
- Deal with customer queries and/or complaints in a friendly manner to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Supervise and lead the Food and Beverage team, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and perform their duties to a high standard.
- Have expert knowledge of the product and serve food and drinks with excellent customer service.
- Be a role model to the team demonstrating great hospitality.
- Lead and possess a visible presence to ensure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly, efficiently and effectively.
- Support training and motivating existing and new staff members.
- Ensure all cash, change, float and till procedures are carried out correctly.
- Help grow the business by supporting the management team to develop and expand the customer base.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the outlet so all guests enjoy a quality experience.
- Awareness of Health and Safety and ensuring that the property is fully compliant.
- Support sales and marketing within the outlet to ensure activity is executed to the highest standards.
